1983 NASCAR Trans Am Pace Car

This is Heather DeFazio's 1983 Daytona Pace Trans Am. This is 1 of the 542 optional 5-speed models produced. She bought this car in the spring of 2003 from Steven Wyatt (He also has a great 1983 Daytona Pace website) When she bought the car it had damage to the driver side from an accident. She has done many of the repairs herself, including hanging a new door, and front fenders. this is a daily driven car which really only sees the roads about 4 times a month for cruising.

The first picture below shows Heather's car beside her family's collection of pace cars. The lower two pictures show Heather's beside another 83 5 speed Daytona Pace, at the 2004 F-body Gathering in Atlanta Georgia. Her's is the one on the right.
