This is a lower dash board kick panel Left Hand side retainer bolt / stud. Used to feed through the driver side kick panel and secure the emergency brake outboard of the panel. GM unit in nice shape have been chemical dipped to remove rust and then either new paint or low luster clear coat on bare metal. Fits 1970 - 1981 Trans Am and Camaro.
