This is the trunk weather seal for use on all 1970 – 1981 Trans Am, Firebird, and Camaro models. Unit is produced by metro molding and offers a superior fit and function over other brands available on the market.

These allow the door glass to slide up and down without scratching the glass. After 30 years the GM installed units worn down and once they hit metal your window scratches each time you raise and lower it. These should always be replaced about once every 15 years. The best way to prevent window scratches bar none is the replacement of these units. Produced by OER these are GM authorized reproduction units.

1970 - 1981 Hard Top Weather Seal Retainers (PAIR) Left and right. These mount onto the B pillar channel right behind the side window glass on you Camaro Firebird Trans Am.

1970 - 1981 Camaro Trans Am B-Pillar Exterior Trim Molding.
This pair left and right fit under the B pillar weather seal retainer channels and provide a 1/3 inch or so accent bead that runs up and down on the exterior of the body at the side glass.

15/16" Outside Diameter and fits the 5/8" sheet metal hole.

These are the rubber bump stops which mount on to the front and rear latch mechanisum and when you snap the t-top latch to the closed or "latched" position these are the rubber grommets which come in contact with the front Y shaped trim or the B piller rear strike plate plastic trim by the sail panel.
We sell these in various ways:

Replacing these reduces wind noise and also can prevent water leaking as they wear out after 40 years! These are a must replace when doing new weather seals!
