This is a jute padding insulation for under the rear speaker shelf, (package tray) Fits all 70-81 models with both deluxe and standard rear package trays.
Unit prevents road noise from trunk area in the cabin of the car and helps acoustics. Also makes for a nice tight fit on the package tray. If you are buying a package tray this is also a suggested replacement part.
